Nolas Izold is the mayor of the city of Belos. He is a fair guy, easy to talk with despite his lookings. I was inspired by Iceburg in his personality, though he ressembles more of Franky (mostly due to his blue wavy hair).

Barlos is one of the mayor vigilantes. He is a simple guy who enjoys living easy, this doesn't mean that he is not an action man when required. His relevant trait is a kind of ponytail which helps him show his emotions, as his face per se is quite inexpressive. Uses a flintlock rifle as a weapon.

Thara is the other mayor vigilante. At first sight you might say that she can't protect anyone because she looks so fragile. Thara looks quite the yamato nadeshiko, with a kind of pink and girly yukata, long black hair and... two pistols. However, when under stress everything changes, though I won't be making spoilers.

Duccus is the baddy from Belos. He controls the dark side of the city, and just like Crocodile, people love him. He is intended to look like a gangster, a big one, with piggy head and triangle sunglasses. Also, wears a black and white striped suit and fedora hat.
