Today I bought a graphics tablet, since I like drawing but I don't like having to waste papers and papers, and also I have another project in mind (which is kind of secret) which would require me having some sketches done. The first sketch I'm showing you is the main character of a fanfiction I write for my blog, who can use the ability of a simbiont-mushroom, and this is it's simbiont version. The character is, technically, called "Muramasa", but I call him "Hero" when I write. The fanfiction itself is named "World of Trollcraft" but it's in Spanish (if even knowing that you would like to read it follow my signature to my blog). Same here ^^ QUOTE(Muramasa777 @ Aug 24 2011, 19:18) also I have another project in mind (which is kind of secret) which would require me having some sketches done. But I hope for you to be addicted with illustration & see the outcome of your art-style (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Not really, the thing is that using the pencil or the paintbrush tool pressure gives more or less transparency, but with the ink(pot) tool pressure determines size of the brush. Also, lines are smoother.

I see... well, those are the options for GIMP I guess. For PhotoShop it's called "shape dynamics" which you can choose from "(off) straight line" to "pen pressure". The function is the same as you described the brush size.
