I had forgotten about the old H-key section.
How many of us were waiting for the level 40+ skill trees? I think it was 40. Power tank and regen were really important skills just to power and recharge your legendary.

Wasn't Rights like, the god-king of levelling at that point because he was level 50 and that was an entirely unreasonable level in the old system?
When I took my extended hiatus I think it was still the old system.

You, the panda, and I were the first three to level 30 if I remember correctly. Back then the toplist bonuses really did make a huge difference in the amount of experience you got and just the straight bonus exp from toplist positions meant a lot more.
Think how long it took to get the credits to get the extra aura slots and that was with a lot of credit bonuses. No items, equipment, or Hath to sell back then. People talk about credit nerfs now, the first nerf took away our bonuses that could easily add up to +50% or more credits.

There's a bug with the maze I think. Per example if I click enter after having 1 key inserted in the box (due the distraction) it will refresh the maze making me do it again (which is good), but now even if insert the correct answer the system will think I put the wrong one: QUOTE 0 5 You failed to correctly answer the RiddleMaster within the time limit. You lose 20 Stamina.

The system keeps the mazes around for a while for debugging purposes, so grab a link to the maze image if you ever get a bugged one.

I think that Tenboro should make 1 free maze fail per day. Because it happens every now and then, even to the best of us.
With the gazillion mazes we do every day, that's not too much to ask.

That would defeat the purpose of having the maze. Botters would in effect get a free 20 extra stamina.

You don't even know what its purpose is, then. The purpose of the maze is to keep your mind from wandering too much. It does that just well (besides checking if you're human), and as often as it appears, if botters can't make the maze work, they'd lose 1000 stamina every day, so 20 is negligible anyway. But for Shadow Weaver, the purpose of having a maze is to have fun and extra buffs, so it's best if Tenboro makes him get mazes every 5 rounds. This post has been edited by tmihor: May 7 2011, 11:02

This By the way, getting a maze every 5 rounds wouldn't bother me a bit, I rarely play even ten rounds at a time. This post has been edited by Shadow Weaver: May 7 2011, 11:00

Rename the game to HentaiMaze ftw. Where all your maze-solving desires and mob-bashing needs are satisfied equally!
Seriously, I though people needed to actually play the game to know what they're talking about (like.. more than 5 rounds at a time).

By the way, I'm not saying mazes should be removed or anything, even though many people are annoyed by them and their frequency. I'm saying we shouldn't get punished by them for BEING human, as all humans make mistakes. And each time you fail a maze, it costs you 12k credits (more or less).

That's funny I thought that reading the first post was good enough to know what I'm talking about. It kinda outright says that the mazes were added to replace the captchas. It doesn't says a damn thing about keeping your mind from wandering. I thought that people who played more than five rounds at a time knew what they were talking about. By the way, don't double post. There is an edit button you can use instead. Maybe if there were mazes on the forums your mind would be more focused and you would see things like that.

Oh snap! He went there! (and other 1990 memes where applicable) Not related, Tenboro please can you kick my character out of the current Hentaiverse battle? Thank you. The Puzzlemaster gave me a blessing, a blessing that caused This!

So, you think people should only be allowed to make one mistake per day? That's kinda harsh. Why not two? Still, people are not perfect, better make it three. But, what if someone is having a bad day, can't punish them, better make it four...

Don't forget the blind people playing this! For their sake I would suggest to change the maze to a 'press any key' kind of page. Then again... someone would still fail, lose 20 stamina and complain.

Well, there's no real way to convey those kinds of instructions to a blind person in a way that couldn't be trivially solved by a bot. Besides, I really doubt blind people would be hanging around a hentai site anyway.
