Unless characters are explicitly known by that title, then I would say no.

I would say that including the last name of a character is more than enough. Unless of course their title makes them sound a lot more badass, then it's probably better to go with that.

Nanoha the White Devil? Or just Nanoha? (Bad example)
Yue, the Judge? Or just Yue? (Better example)

If anything, you should use their most recognizable name, since it makes the most sense and it was handed down from on high as a commandment. For example, Vash the Stampede. Nanoha would be better with her given name, rather than tacking on her White Devil moniker (the RX-78 Gundam, who she is often compared to, was also known by that title). Last names should be included for characters unless its unnecessary (like Konata).

Just made my first monster from the lab. I'm rather surprised by the amount of detail that went into this upgrade. Ten put some good thought into the monsters and how to make them. Just made a Cum Elemental - don't vote it off as a spam monster! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) HV needs more perverted things in it.

Apparently, if you leave it to some, there will be no conventions, and total freedom and anarchy means that you can have all naming variants, plus your favorite mispellings.

More seriously, I'd say use the name chose for the tag in the galleries, and if no tag is present, use the most popular and and disambiguative name. So, Vash the Stampede, because it's unique. And yes, more awesome (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Sure. Which seems to me like a valid name for a monster... unlike just "Pizza" (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

How about a new skill? "Banhammer," costing 0 Spirit Points, which doesn't do anything but send a quick message (or tally) to the mods. It'd be a pretty easy job, then, to just nix the highest-banned names that people don't like, and yet it wouldn't interrupt the game flow that much.

Granted, there's no reason WHY a particular name would get the Banhammer, but I would think it'd be pretty obvious to the mods.
