Well, This went faster than expected. Just sorted out the last part of htaccess for the countdown to work. Now for the rest *Ugh*

Pardon the downtime.

Server going down for a few hours today- It's yet another power cut while we're replacing power boxes etc. in our house. I cannot tell how long sadly.

Countdown will be down for a few minutes, some people just cannot seem _not_ to ruin things for others.

In a nearby future the counter will be a little less accurate due to caching instead of realtime updates. This is to prevent people from updating the counter several times per second.

Seemed to have gone way smoother then I expected so should already be back now or within mere minutes.

I set +7GMT to end at 20:00 but the timer end at 21:00 (1hr delay)

Quite sad of an update but last night there was a power surge and it blew two drives. I do have backups but... I do not have any replacement drives and I do not know when I can fully replace them as im broke right now.

Right now trying to revive one of them and may have some success. I... I don't like asking for things but if anyone want to donate a drive (SATA 2.0) you could get in contact.

Fun fact: 47857 hours of operation and a total of 33 power cycles. That's more than 5 ½ year and a restart about every 60 days.

I've managed to get this running again but without a replacement soon it will fail permanently at some point in (hopefully not) near future. Also due to a few upgrades I ended up with a new version of PHP so had to deal with some issues.

But... It should all be working again!

The previous auction countdown timer server died.

I spent some time figuring out a replacement.

i take the chance to thank Tearlow for his work, and i suggest him to write in that topic in case he will be able to fix his own one and wants for it to be added to the list.
also, i'll leave this topic here as a tribute for his work, i guess.
