Been a shop owner here is more complicated as i thought. I now i have to consider, do i use a translator to find out what he actually want? Do i just guess because it is 50/50 that he wants spirit or mana potion? Or do you just ignore that order completly before people start to think that i actually could read chinese? Forum is English only. Your shop can make an exception, but only if you explicitly state so. So, no you don't have to find a translator. The buyer needs to find a translator. And there is a shop that has all the stuff in Chinese and English, so that would be little effort. If you put your time into this request, you will only give the signal that it's okay to order in other languages. My advice: ignore it, or reply with "English / German only"

For my part, I consider that I should not give any effort in attempting to translate what is "written" by people who copy the result of their automatic forum post translator to then paste it in a new post, assuming we can read their gibberish.
