I guess this poficiency thing has made maging a bit better:
- we can get 20% above level
- Gain is 2 times exp, so easy to get it above level.
- Slightly lower chance of resist of imperil
- Less need for prof cloth - more damage
- More damage from spell prof

And then Melee benefits most from:
Daemon duality IX

So to grind staff prof, you'll need to use Bash On Head every other round. Or, with Assimilator 10, once every 4 rounds. I guess Assimilator 10 here I come.

If level cost changed then it would be unlikely that it would fit perfectly. If I couldn't get it to fit perfectly I would have mess around with level cost (and will if required when more data comes),
