Yeah, I'll possibly do that, but mostly, I only buy a few at a time. Anyways, I'm about to turn Level 70, and that unlocks quite a few things that I need to put AP into, especially Regen, the fourth Item Slot, HP Tank and MP Tank (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Hmmm...

How important is EDB on a staff compared to Elemental Proficiency and MDM? And at which point is it considered really high. This is the reason I'm asking: QUOTE Weapon Damage Type Crushing Attack Damage Multiplier + 5.09 % Magic Damage Multiplier + 12.12 % Magic Accuracy Bonus + 19.17 % Magic Critical Bonus + 3.17 % Burden + 8.85 Proficiency Bonuses Divine + 19.35 Forbidden + 18.21 Deprecating + 5.69 Elemental Damage Bonuses Holy + 2.22 Dark + 17.80 Primary Attribute Bonuses Wisdom + 2.19 Intelligence + 3.07 Hit Proc: 24% chance for Ether Theft Duration: 1 turns
Level 136 / Slot: Staff / Type: Staff Current Owner: Death Grunty

QUOTE How important is EDB on a staff compared to Elemental Proficiency and MDM? Really important if you don't have any cloth edb. Otherwise, MDM>EDB>Proficiency/2. If someone knows better, feel free to correct me.

When it comes to staffs, I focus on MDM since you can get it pretty high, it affects ALL spells, and depending on the staff type and suffix, you can also get MDB and Profs. Armor is where you load up on the Profs and and MDB since you cant get MDM on them. Unless you're wearing BC. And its probably not as good, anyway.

I started playing the Hentaiverse about two or three weeks ago and had some questions:
When do lines stop being added to the ability screen? At the moment they appear every ten levels and I never have enough ability points to buy any of the magic attacks. I'm hoping they stop being added at level 100 so I can go back and get the stuff I've missed.
What does the bubblegum do if you use it?
What does the flower vase do if you use it?
Is the amount of credits you get adjusted depending on the difficulty setting you play at? The description only says the Exp is adjusted.
Finally, how do people make credits in the Hentaiverse? Since I started playing I've spent about 750,000C which comes from my donations and selling hath. I get about 2500 credits a day from The Arena (after selling the dropped equipment) but at the moment it looks like I'm going to have to sell more hath to fund my training (which I don't want to do because I want to save for the black, white and rainbow aurus). I find I make pretty much nothing from the Grindfest, so other than The Arena are there any other ways to make a reasonable amount of credits?
Thanks for any advice you can offer.

http://ehwiki.org/wiki/HentaiVerseFor quick answers, new abilities every ten levels till 110, then every 20 levels till 190 , another set at 200 and one at 250 You can train Ability Boost and turn in artifacts for additional AP # Bubble-Gum: "It is time to kick ass and chew bubble-gum... and here is some gum." (Duke Nukem reference (Original from "They Live")) * Kicking Ass: Your attacks and spells deal significantly more damage for a short time, will always hit, and will always land critical hits. Lasts 7 turns. * Also replenishes 20% of base Mana and Health per turn for 7 turns. # Flower Vase: "There are three flowers in a vase. The third flower is green." (Dollhouse reference) * Sleeper Imprint: Your attack/magic rating, attack/magic hit/crit chance, evade/resist chance and action speed increases significantly for a short time. Lasts 7 turns. The HV is mostly intended as a credit sink, not a credit maker, but you an slowly make credits by selling items to the bazaar, and tons of credits if you auction a nice piece of equipment you find (nice pieces are suuuuper rare tho) look in the WTS/WTB section to see what people want.

Thanks a lot for the information. It's good to know the rate of ability row additions will slow down at Level 110. I'm only up to Level 37 on Ability Boost and it's already costing over 11,000 credits per ability point. It's a shame there's no other way to make credits since I can currently only afford an ability point every four days without selling hath. At least I'll be able to start getting more abilities once I pass Level 110.
The Bubble-Gum was far less impressive than I thought it would be so I just sold it for 400credits. It's funny how that "They Live" quote has been totally contorted over time. As I recall it was originally "I am here to chew bubble gum and to kick ass, and I'm all out of gum".
Anyway, thanks again for the help and sorry if I posted my questions in the wrong thread.

You should stop training ability boost soon. I stopped at 40/200 (next one costs 12,931). If you want AP then artifacts are the way to go at this point. 10k a piece. (You can get them cheaper too.) And if you want them fast. Buy artifacts, offer them to the shrine sell all hath you get this way, buy more artifacts until you're satisfied. I did that with the rewards from IPU and FSM. Was well worth it.

Thanks for that suggestion, that's a great idea. I'll have to start browsing the WTS forum regularly. I might also start selling my equipment in a WTS thread, since you don't seem to get much for it in the store (I've wasted a fortune buying stuff and then selling it). One question, how do you know if a piece of equipment is worth listing in a WTS thread? Just sell anything with Fine in the name or something?

I stopped at 14k, but that was back when hath were 2k each (why is it going up so much?). If I got 1 AP half the time, 3 hath or 6k half the time, and artifacts were 10k, then it was reasonable. Now I would say stop at 6-9k. Hito trained his to 1 million a piece.

Any Silk with high Evade, or any Gossamer with high evade/good suffix is worth listing in a WTS thread. I recently added some Fine Gossamer Pants of the Fox to my shop for 600C, which is about 175C more than they sell to the Bazaar for, and someone's already requested them (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

You forget when hito did that training, artifacts didn't do anything. You should look at this first. Equipment NumbersRed Piotrus did a great job with the weapons. (The armor section sucks though. It doesn't make sense to list them like that because armor pieces have different stats based on slots but meh.) You can see how good your equipment piece is compared to others. Anything that comes close to the max on the weapon specific important stats and anything with overall good stats is something to put in a wts thread. As for Kevlar/Phase. No matter how much it sucks, put it in your shop for at least 4k and somebody will buy it someday. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Just because.

It's not nearly that high. The cost was lowered considerably after a lot of bitching. QUOTE(cmdct @ Dec 27 2010, 12:01) You forget when hito did that training, artifacts didn't do anything.

Apparently, Red Piotrus didn't do as good of a job as he could have because I have a Longsword with higher ACC than the max listed in that table. Superior Prism Longsword of BalanceIt has 9.66% critical at Level 300 and the max AAB, Proc chance, and DEX bonus. This post has been edited by Razorflame: Dec 27 2010, 20:23

Ability boost existed before HV? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) I only remember Ability boost only having 100 points, and was more expensive in the first levels than now, that's why some guys got mysterious boxes after the change.
