So umm, got a question... is there a way by which the Professor controls the Witches 5? Maybe some sort of a seal or a pact?

Hmm, doesn't really say much about it. Well, there's a line in that doujin that either says"one of the witches 5 has been freed from the pact with the professor and did something on her own", or, "one of the witches 5 was insubordinate, and did something", so I was like was there a pact? Hi, the translation for

But i had to admit one thing, i am not really a sailor moon, so i had to look up the wiki for many of the character name and other specific translation names.
And for the page 78.79.80, i had a breft look at the content, most of them is 2 two talking about past work and other specific stuff.
Since i had not read any other doujin works in this series, i am unable to translate this 3 pages.

My suggest solution to this is i will give up on 20 haths. And i will not translate this 3 pages.

What would you say to not giving up 20 haths, and instead of translation, getting a transliteration of the text into romaji or kana/kanji , and your very quick and dirty, non-thinking attempt at translation, just to get the basic sentences right? Then someone with more knowledge of the series and Sailor Moon could make a final translation out of it.

That's a really smart way.
