Ok, so since there is still over a dozen book left, might as well have one bounty thread for all of them.

Bounty summary: AT LEAST* 20k GP + 20k creds + 20 hath for translation, 10k GP + 10k creds + 10 hath for editing, or 30+30+30 for everything (~50-60 pages to translate, including several credit pages)
*AT LEAST, because that's what I consider the reasonable price. I contribute half of it, Dlag contributes much more, and others chip on so... it's a good bounty (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Final notes:
* Due to persistent, hmmm, misunderstandings about how to split the bounty between translators and editors that resulted in my recent bounties costing me 50%-100% more than listed price, I am now splitting the bounty between translating and editing. The first bounty that goes up in the system is for translating only. Once I have the translation, I'll post the editing bounty. If you want to do both bounties at the same time, you'll have to claim the two bounties.
* If you do the editing: please note I would like to upload the gallery to e-h system myself; I am not expecting much profit, but as a fellow bounty poster said it, it's all about prestige. What I pay out with the bounty is usually worth more then the gallery will make in the year. If you end up posting the translated doujin to the e-h galleries, I'll probably halve the bounty (if you did the translation and editing), or refuse to pay (if you did the editing only; note that the translator will still get fully paid by me).
* if you do the translating, you can either PM or post it here and just PM the notification, I don't care
* if a translator&editing credits are included, please also include my nickname as the sponsor, and the name of our site (E-hentai) as the host
* yes, please translate (or at least summarize) any existing author's rants, credits, titles of content, and so on, if present

First silent saturn doujin I ever read (because for the longest time volume 5 was the only one around). Of course I'll dump enough in the bounty to see this in English!

With any luck they'll blow all the credits on HV, or getting Hath for expensive Hath perks. Or hopefully, they'll make their own bounties.

I like those translators that come along and do several just to do them.

Since this is a long term project translation (cause whoever throws credits/GP/hath into these translations obviously wants the rest of the series translated as well) should this be moved to the translation forum?

People who fund bounties aren't translators though, and the topic seems to be more centered on bounties than on translations.

That is actually what you can expect for the rest of the volumes of Silent Saturn. It generally always hits top 3 positions for translation bounties, and 100 hath is becoming the minimum Hath reward for these doujins. And there's still...20 more volumes of Silent Saturn left to be translated (including a side doujin by thirty savor street).

Doing the bigger projects eat up a lot more time though. With the smaller projects it's a couple of hours and I'm done but these things are more difficult to stretch out without interfering with other projects. That and for my non-H stuff I usually colaborate with others to keep myself focused, a little harder to do here. Still that is a LOT of Hath...

I'm definately going to tag team this with Shanko in the near future. If no other translator snatches this up first. I'm putting it on my "considering list" but that's until I figure out when I intend to do it. Can't estimate how long it will take either, some pages are completely without dialogue, others are filled.

No hurry.
