I have pretty bad sleep schedules. I don't know if you could call it insomnia but it's pretty bad. I almost never sleep for more than 5 hours, and I find it really hard to keep my sleep time in line with day/night. I often stay up till 4-7am then sleep till noon or after.
I have to sleep with my head tilted to the right because of a pinched nerve. I drool occasionally because of the angle, but my snoring went away so it's ok.
@darkmaster07: You may have [en.wikipedia.org] DSPD. If you do, it can be managed.
I've slept on my stomach since I was a little kid. Unfortunately, I started to notice that doing so made my acid reflux a lot worse. Since then I try to sleep on my side as much as possible. Evidently that's the most healthy way to sleep.
my sleeping schedule is crap, never constant. as for the way i sleep, i always end up curling a bit and it seems that it's making my back hurt a lot lately. i dunno how to fix it, though.
