I have to have a set procedure of sleep prep, it makes sure i get my hygiene done and turning my brain away from electronics. I also have a diffuser that i turn on just before i go to sleep so the scent association makes my brain want to sleep. it helps me sleep deeper though out the night other wise im guaranteed to wake up at 3:30am for no reason, I don't even know why my brain always wakes up at 3:30am on the dot.

I often sleep on my side, and sometimes I sleep on my stomach. But I find that no matter what position I am in before going to bed, I always lie upright in the morning
