I sleep on my side, but kind of with a lot of set-up now that I think about it. I have a pillow along my wall to rest my back on and a bolster pillow between my knees. I also use a bolster pillow to put my free arm on so my shoulders stay somewhat aligned, this also helps prevent my chest being compressed so my breaths can be less shallow.
I did recently feel as if I was clenching my jaw a lot before I went to sleep, so I'm been testing out some mouth guard-like things to see if it may stave off any issues.
I used to sleep in just my underwear and whatever shirt I was going to wear for the next day, but I've long since switched to sport shorts with either a tank top or pajama tee.
