I've figured out the answer to overcome my sleeping problems, but it's hard to enforce - I can't touch a drop of coffee or I can't sleep - I can't eat or drink too many sugary things or the sugar high will keep me awake - I can't eat too much at dinner or I'll have indigestion all night - I shouldn't do or watch anything that can make my mind too hyperactive to sleep (like games) If I do these, I can sleep well... but you can imagine how it can be difficult to abide by all these rules every day
