I sleep on my side or my stomach. I've tried sleeping in the buff and found it quite nice but opted out for privacy reasons. Typically, I try to start going to sleep no later than midnight and have several alarms throughout the morning to wake up and then go back to sleep for. These days I can't sleep for more than 3-4 hours, forgot what rem sleep even feels like, and wake frequently to toss or turn.
P.S. it's 4am now and I haven't slept because I didn't finish my coffee until 1PM.
