I'm going through a really hard journey since I need change my sleeping position from stomach to back so my rhinitis gets a little better. For a week, I tried sleep on my back and felt some new weird resting sensation and my backpain (and the pain from other places too, also, my skin got a little bit better) just vanished, but this Saturday, I've fallen... and got back to my stomach sleeping during an afternoon nap. I'm already conscious that I need few weeks or even month to adapt to this new sleeping position, but after so many benefits, now, I know that I need stick to this new sleeping position.
