as a clinically diagnosed insomniac, i have terrible sleeping habits that typically involve me staying up 3-4 days straight or maybe getting 1/2-1hr sleep each of those nights, then passing out for 12-15 hours sporadically.
I like to try and get at least six hours. Seven is the soft spot for me - eight or more usually leaves me feeling as groggy as I would be with four hours sleep. (unless I'm ill)
I sleep on my sides, I usually hug a pillow and drool alot. in winter I wear socks and in summer I sleep . I sometimes have insomnia and Y guess I don't sleep peacefully.
