It's because of the links in Marvestite's sig, Anto. I got negged by the same guy. He probably believes he will find the fjords when he clicks the link, and rather than clicking the 'X' to close the window, he hits imbue and instantly negs you with all the power he has. Most of them don't even know they are doing it. They are being used, and falling for Marvin's ploy like the little 'tards they are. Honestly, the text says right there what they are doing. If they aren't smart enough to 'X' out of the box rather than hit the imbue button, they aren't very bright; and I don't approve of Marvin taking advantage of those with [en.wikipedia.org] special needs.

Bladejew tried with an uploading tutorial, but it got buried. Any attempt to do the same with any other part of the site will likely fall to the same fate, and most people don't know the wiki (for what it is worth) exists. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

Well, it's a little late for that now, as back then there was no expunge system when it was originally made; it's so out of date in terms of all the extra steps we'd want them to make (like searching the galleries first) it would be better to have it rewritten. That and it's somewhere here in website discussion, I wasn't a mod then (it was actually around when I came back) and now it is not one of my forums, so I can't do diddly squat.
