Navbar at bottom gets pushed out of view if the log has non-ascii usernames [0]. Because font for non-ascii characters defaults to a higher line-height than font for ascii characters. Tested on Chrome / Firefox (no extensions, Ubuntu's default fonts).

Setting a fixed line-height works on my computer [1].

I know the rules, and i'm using the tail/ hair. But still i am on red, also just today i got 2 where 2 ponys where 1 over the other , alsotodsy i got 4 ponys at one riddlemaster . 2 easy to sed, one hard to see and 1 imposible ( it was smaller, behind another and had high blurring). But well i'll have yo learn from mistakes.

A surprise market update has been pushed to Isekai:

A new market price segmenting mechanism has been added, replacing the old minimum overbid/undercut system. Instead of specifically locking overbids/undercuts to +/- 1% of the current max bid/min ask, all bid/ask prices are now restricted to increments that are roughly 0.5-1% apart depending on where you are in the range.

To make it possible for a human to easily math it out, the prices are segmented as such:

- If the price is below 200C, the increment is 1C

- If the price is between 10... and 19... the increment is 1..C

- If the price is between 20... and 49... the increment is 2..C

- If the price is between 50... and 99... the increment is 5..C

In other words, the new price increments look like this:

Some UI refinements were added to better support this; specifically, buttons were added to the price/count fields to allow fine adjustments to these values. For prices, it will always jump to the closest valid price when clicking these buttons, even if you manually entered an invalid price.

Note that since old bids/asks were not wiped, it can be a little bit awkward to match orders against these until they have all been cleared out - when clicking an old order, it will still autofill its value, but if the price point is invalid with the new segmenting, you would need to adjust your offer up or down be valid with the new system.

Let me know if you find any issues with the new mechanism. I'll probably push it to Persistent in the next day or so unless anything is found.

Edit: You may see some issues with blank trade history for the Isekai market, since it was pointing towards the wrong history table. This should be fixed now and should correct itself on the next trade, but trades that took place in the hours immediately following the update won't show up in the log.

It's because 4999 isn't a valid price with the new increments, you'd have to set it to say 4980 or 5000. The old order was placed before the new system went live. In general, you can just click - or + to get the closest valid price if it lights up in red.

Hmm, thanks for the update. I don't think people are going to try to math it out, though. It's easier to just click a price in the stack and use +/-, or enter a price and use +/-, so using a straight 1% could actually simplify it.

Note that there are some additional changes that were not announced beforehand, specifically to partially address AI-powered captcha solvers:

- Artifacts no longer award Energy Drinks. Instead, Energy Drinks are now a donator award. Gold Star donators will automatically have 1 Energy Drink added to their inventory every day, assuming that they have visited HV in the last 30 days, while Catgirls get 2. (These are not added with the Dawn Event, but as part of a script run a few minutes past midnight, the same one that adds Soul Fragments for people with the perk.)

- Energy Drinks can no longer be sent via MoogleMail. (They can still be traded in The Market).

- Caffeinated Candies can now be traded in The Market.

Specifically, these changes are there to eliminate "self-sustainable" play since you can no longer get stamina-boosting items just by playing.

Note that since this likely significantly affect the market value of the items, Precursor Artifacts and Energy Drinks have been temporarily delisted from the Market. They will be re-added shortly, but the Buy Order Book will have been cleared, and Buy Orders will be disabled for 48 hours (until March 27th 08:00 UTC) so people have a chance to update their orders.

Update: The items have now been re-listed.

Coding wise, sure, but I feel it would be a lot less intuitive. Also the order book looks prettier with all the rounded numbers.

I don't know about the players who play grindfest everyday, but I hope we get IW updated soon because it needs lots of grinding.

Does an artifact award something new to offset this? (like give more hath or stats beyond +50)

edit: Can't we do this anti-AI thing without making artifacts irrelevant?
If not can we get a grace period or something to roll the remaining artifacts?
