So I made a change to Penetrated Armor where, whenever an attack procs it, the damage from that attack bypasses base physical mitigation entirely. (Not specific/elemental mitigation.)
This is also the case for the skills that apply this proc, so this doubles as a burst damage buff for 2H/Niten skills.
Some orders of operations were changed to enable this - specifically, weapon effects except for Ether Theft are now calculated before the attack damage - so let me know if you notice any weirdness after this change.

Hmm yeah, it's not supposed to be ten times stronger than Frugal. Turned it down quite a bit, for armor specifically.
It's a bit of a stretch for an Estoc, but the idea is that the weapons are big and heavy enough that they can feasibly be used as makeshift shields. (But ultimately it's mostly to differentiate the three major weapon styles balance-wise.)
