Americans need to study more history, even their own history. US is very prone to witch trials, and lunatic fad movements that are often very questionable.
Americans are famous for their short term memory due to the daily pressures of life, family, and distractions from their lifestyle. High school history books also changed a lot starting in the 1990's, so it's no wonder people educated with those things become witch hunters bent on declaring non-woke people to be subhuman or at the very least discriminatory. Those history books and courses pushed anti-patriotism and certainly the socialists loved that because to them patriotism is an obstacle against socialism.

The lefties are wasting no time in making permanent law changes in my state. They just recently got a number of legal changes passed at the county and city level too, so they are clearly working to a statewide democrat party plan to "Tax The Rich".
Schools need more funding for remedial education programs. Where to get the funds? The best thing is to tax the rich, but how to do this without passing tax laws which get rejected? Use cleverness. In my county, school districts are not strictly bounded by city limits but may extend into municipalities or rural areas. Thus the county laws typically are what the various legal authorities also follow. Just passed are changes to increase the costs of various items: ---> School cafeteria breakfasts now have a much bigger fee that is more realistic with their costs, thus students must pay more. However, people from families on social welfare programs will get exempted from paying. The costs of their free breakfast will be folded into the entire school food program, thus those students from wealthy families will be paying a higher price to subsidize those free breakfasts. Tax the rich families sending their kids to school. ---> School cafeteria lunches now have a bigger fee that is more realistic to the costs of the food program. However, people from families on social welfare will get exempted from paying. Tax the rich families sending their kids to school.... ---> School sports programs for such things as varsity tennis, varsity baseball, varsity football, varsity basketball, and other varsity sports will have an ADDITIONAL $125 participation fee for each time period (quarter?) It would suck more if Biden was a senile man STILL desperately clinging to that old dream of his back in the 1990's (when he was highly corrupt and convicted of crimes) of becoming president and making a POSITIVE and MEMORABLE mark in history. In interviews conducted back then, he had talked about his obsession to be president. But then his conviction for fraud derailed his plans and he left office for a time. But then he managed to stage a come back and became senator. Someone stuck in a fever dream wouldn't care about wild spending or doing expensive things at the cost of others.
