Law professor Seth Barrett Tillman — one of those who wrote about the applicable laws in 2015 — noted Monday that the only restrictions on presidential eligibility were citizenship, residence and age.
“Although the former president may be at legal risk, depending on the facts, a criminal conviction would not bar him from another run for elected federal office, including the presidency,” Tillman tweeted.
“As a legal matter, Trump would be free to run for the presidency — even while in jail,” he insisted.

The problem is that presidents can declassify documents, he was already working with the FBI to secure the documents and also to get the documents archived.
They are probably looking for anything else that they can find to help the Jan 6 committee out because its not getting any ratings.

You guys aren't cynical enough despite seeing how democrats performing political favors for the democrat machine have the law on their side. Improper judgements by a District Court judge (job appointment for life) can result in censure. Note that the charges for 18 US Code §2071 don't have to stick to Trump. The charges only need to last long enough to cause election problems for him and to provide plausible legal excuse for the democrat state governors or democrat secretary of states (typically this office oversees elections and prints the voter brochers and ballots) to remove Trump from the brochures and ballots.
The trick the democrats need is enough circumstantial or plausible material to file a court case against Trump. Then the politically corrupt Florida District Court judge would accept on expedited ruling (possible censure). Then after enough time has passed to get closer to the election ballot printing date, a ruling can be made to corruptly apply 18 US Code §2071 against Trump (probable censure of judge). Obviously, such an improper ruling will be appealed immediately to the circuit court (Appeals Court, district 11). Imagine if this court sits on the appeal until November 6, 2024....

The Inflation Reduction Act is another massive spending bill that includes many of the spending items from Build Back Better. What is VERY DISAPPOINTING is that it sends a huge amount of money to china as the source for materials, parts, assemblies, and even product workmanship. Why give all this money to China when they need the money to attack Taiwan? If there was any inflation reduction to be handled, the money of the Inflation Reduction Act should be spent inside the USA even though it is more expensive. It would provide jobs, train diverse/POC people using "on the job training" who need training in actual jobs as new workers, and remake industry inside the USA which supposedly should be "build back better".

Brandon rescinded Trump's executive order to lower the price of insulin for everyone with a means test, to only lowering the price of insulin for elderly that are eligible for medicare support. Big Pharma entirely endorses this move.
The reason Brandon's admin gave, was that if they made insulin cheaper for a large percentage of the community, it would put a paper work and admin burden on health centers as they would have to fill out an extra form.
It costs $30 for one vial in my country and $300 in the US.
The reason for the price rises is simple: Without insulin, diabetic scrubs die.
