They just re-positioned how some of them were worded when most of the original laws they created were struck down completely.
Did you know minimum wage laws were originally proposed to keep unemployment high amongst the African American, immigrant and disabled populations.
Planned Parenthood was originally founded to ensure that African American populations were kept in check as a eugenics strategy.
When all the laws that were biased towards putting African Americans in jail were struck down, Joe Biden heroically introduced the Crime bill that deferentially discriminated against African Americans 10:1 compared to white drug users.
When Republicans got rid of school segregation in schools, Democrats heroically created school board funding zones specially designed to defund schools with poorer African American neighborhoods that still exist to this day (and are even updated regularly) in blue states like California.
Democrats we will give you welfare!!! Welfare that breaks the home, splits the marriage and created inter-generational poor. We will stick you all into ghettos and then we will merge the ghettos at random so you all kill each other (Chicago for instance, mutual combat of poors is legal??).

That color coding has only been around since the Y2K election. Before that, Demokkkrats were Commie red. Well, actually, it wasn't standardized, but on some networks they were.

I just assumed it was because America wanted to do the opposite of the color scheme they use in Britain and the commonwealth with the lefties being red and conservatives being blue.
