USA Home Foreclosures, Part Deux is coming on. But the media refuses to report even though I see the panic locally and hear of other major cities having foreclosure problems as well.

Here in the USA, the rate of home foreclosures continues its year-long trend of increasing to high levels. In the last few months, some poorly run cities have seen spikes in foreclosure rates as high as 60%. That's because a poorly run local economy has fewer opportunities for stressed debtors to find alternate revenue streams to stave off creditors. The Biden term is seeing a re-creation of the home foreclosure problems. No more money printing please.

Interestingly, the realtor associations and their trade journals all specify there is no real problem. That's because these foreclosure rate spilkes are artificially stimulated. It actually means more profits for realtors as they get to sell these properties again after purchasing them in auction. Once again, another case of the rich get richer each time the economy is mishandled.

As the ad emphasized, the digital nature of the card provides protection because it can be cancelled at any time to prevent access to the value it was linked to. And people who hide cash in a secret numbered swiss/bahamas/panama/etc bank account or set of security storage boxes can't do so. That's because digital currency not being actively circulated or being actively held in the hands of a known certified bank would acquire the "Dormant" value after it became detected as laundered. It would then need to be re-instated as Valid digital currency by an authorized forensic financial agent.

After seeing all the shenanigans by democrats ignoring Constitutional rights and Biden even publicly saying to ignore the federal court rulings (he swore at the inaguration to protect the Constitution), having digital currency is just one more way for Cancel Culture to cancel people out by censoring their financial ability to continue speaking out against the loss of free speech, speaking out against crime, or even talking about a border wall without being accused of insurrection (and thus having digital currency become invalidated).

Canada showed that they are willing to freeze all digital assets and payment processors for people that protest against them.

China is doing that now too, but we kind of expected that... Though they have the red code system, which can block people from absolutely everything. All financial and public services blocked, as well as other services blocked.

'straya tried to do the same thing as well. Declaring that people that evaded lockdown restrictions were public enemies, which surprised people. They also deployed the anti-terrorist fixated persons units against protestors and journalists, and no actual terrorists. Seems they just restructured the fixated persons unit but didn't get rid of it, just got rid of the name due to controversy lol.

Central bank digital currents seem like a really bad idea, as we have seen they are too easy to manipulate. America, EU and UK are constantly getting people banned from third party payment processors, imagine if they were the only payment processor.

In the UK there is controversy at the moment because a lobbyist was working with intelligence and state department/foreign office to coordinate campaigns to get people's payment processors and accounts shut down if they didn't agree with the war in Ukraine. They were using lobby groups rather than the proper court systems.

We are moving in completely the wrong direction with all this authoritarian BS.
