I feel like I am conservative, that I think people should stick to one thing. I might not understand some of the fetishes but if they stuck to one it would seem less neurotic.

Nintendo intended for the rule to protect kids originally then were pressured to expand the inclusion rule.

Now a judge can just get anyone disqualified if the judge can claim they feel remotely offended because of their adopted protected status. Under the updated policy, they do not have to explain the decision, nor is there appeal in order to protect the individual that was the victim.
