Took a break around round 700. Got caught off guard with the increased strength of my attacks and had to modify tactics on the fly, still broke the personal best so still posting it.

Don't think I have played a 100 round one on friday in quite a while and its just a tiiiiny bit before the 2k barrier falls (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) . For some reason my internet starting crapping out but from what I remember from another try on wednesday with mismatched infusions I should be clearing these in 11-12 mins now. Turns are not very different yet I deal more damage today due to the day so either the pool of monsters was really bad or playing this after a fest fried my brain and I played poorly.

Ah yeah, found one and indeed 11-12 mins. I blame the fest.

2,675 turns 0:18:40 (2.388 t/s)

First and maybe only run since the update last year shortened arenas. Done on Sunday so not fastest day. Switched to using Imperil on every round, just one cast. Probably doesn't help much on SG arenas but it's my general approach since the update due to less rounds reducing draught usage close to zero. I felt I played fairly well.

This was on my old PC with the slower ISP (but working properly after the mysterious fix) so turns/second are low, but fairly fast for this setup.

Will try with my newer PC later this easter week. Also will hit level 400 but I don't know if I will full forge my whole spandex set immediately. Maybe just part of it, because of uncertainty with the incoming equipment updates and my lack of play these days.

If anyone wants to see that though, I'm guessing it will easily be under 2,000 turns.

I was feeling pretty satisfied with the isekai fire mage project because it seemed relatively fast but even with SGs at half health I can at most match your DwD on a very good day with perfect conditions and I think I'm even slower despite the lower level there, now if you tell me you were using a willow I think it's time to post several of these (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)
Yet another record for fire, guess it's slowly recovering lost ground over cold.

That was with my Redwood Staff. This was the first Peerless Staff I won in the lottery back in 2016. It was the only good staff I had for a long long time. Funny now I'm only missing a shocking willow of destruction, shocking redwood, fire willow, and a dark willow of destruction and I'll have all of them. I also have cold gear to match my fire set but I haven't upgraded it yet. Once I do I might beat my own time with cold instead of fire. I just thought it might considered blasphemy given my banner. That's why I upgraded my dark set ,wind set, and holy set first. Then once I'm done I can finally work on my heavy and light armor that also need to be upgraded to max along with all my Peerless Weapons I own. Slow and steady but I'll get there eventually. This was the result of that foolishness and I still don't have any peerless radiant of hemidall. Which means I'll continue until the update and then I'll just core up the rest of my gear. I really like this game and this site so I don't mind playing with my wallet.

Void skills seem to generally have too much power, given the forced 0% resistance. The only reason the game still kinda works is because of spirit shield.

I see how it is, but it seems you can still get some more juice out of your set so I guess I'll try my best too whenever I reach level 400 on isekai. mathl33t mentioned before there were some minor yet noticeable improvements at 450 on persistent so surely 400 is similar. Try using Spirit Shield, such damage for that HP is definitely too much.

So you've said you're using shade armour, and it looks like you are using a mace and have the spirit shield ability maxed out. You're also using all the relevant buffs. So that's good.

That is really low. Also, you only have a wind strike so I'm guessing you have a tempestuous mace that's not been IW'd to level 10. Do that immediately. You don't really need to fuck around with getting particular potencies but overpower would be best for you. The important bit is getting void strike at level 10. And while you're improving your weapon, consider forging its damage to 5, since you don't need bindings for that much so it's fairly cheap.
It looks like you've got the right idea for strategy. Start with rending blow and shatter strike (or fus ro dah depending on the number of enemies/how much overcharge you have) on the first 5 monsters to take them out first, but if there are 3+ active monsters while you're taking down the first 5 you'll either want to use sleep on the last 3 or try to stun them through domino strike. I know sleep isn't perfect, but with maxed out mind control it's generally good enough.
I think the main problem here is your low damage.

By the way, mace is really bad for the arenas after trio and tree. It is far too slow at taking out the schoolgirls. Consider getting a 1h set for those.

If the item isn't soulfused you can check the WTS forum for an item world service. Hell, if you don't care about the particular potencies then I could do it today for free.

My strategy for IW with mace is mostly the same as for arenas, but slower and more careful, and having to use potions more if the number of rounds is high.
It depends. For example swift strike is considered undesirable for 1h, and juggernaut is the best thing on armour but otherwise the differences aren't big enough to worry about. Best asking the experts for a proper analysis though.

Wow. I tried trio arena.
Basically I was fighting for around 45 min.

It is now 17 min.


With an upgrade from Mag club & Leg Rapier of Ill
to Leg Etereal club of Slaughter & Leg Ethereal of Rapier of Slaughter (No IW)
A 70 min arena had become 42 min.
But 4 time the restore material


Although the number monster is the same,
but with less time spent on the arena, the power gems are record low.
