kinda surprised at the lack of long range weapons

I was too. I can understand it in the sense that this was more urban-ish, in-close fighting, but it still bothers me. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Though, it was nice to see the Flamethrower put so high on the kill list. At least over a bunch of Shit covered pointy things.

OOoooookay, so, the preliminary weapons are out for Centurion vs. Rajput.

Centurion weapons are:
Long range: Scorpio (Similar to a small, 1 man crew ballista)
Mid Range: Pilum (Heavy Javelin)
Close range: Gladius
Special: Dolabra (Pick-axe)
and will be armored with Chain-link armor and a scutum shield

Rajput warriors will counter with:
Long range: Chakram
Mid range: Aava (A whip-sword)
Close Range: khandra (saber-like sword)
Special: Katar (Video: [www.spike.com] http://www.spike.com/video/insides-out/3394148 )
Note: Video can only be seen in US + Canada.

I wouldn't be so sure, F_L. While the Centurion's Chainmail doesn't stop the Katars at all, it was built to stop slashing weapons.
Like all three of the Rajput's other weapons.

My money's going to be on the Centurion. If only because Zen is betting on Rajput.

If there is a huge difference in historical time periods, I would usually think it best to go with the more recent warrior. Just as a general rule
