it seems like more protection+stat boost is great, however, +80-100 damage per equipment (leggings/shoes/etc) makes me pretty much 1hit kill a lot of stuff.

When starting a Arena/GF/IW have the server preload all rounds in advance.
After you done or dead it sends the results and the server will roll the drops.

Can we have some way to view the pre-forge base stats?

Currently it's nice to be able to see the base stat, but on forged items it's even better to be able to see unforged base stats!

It's player's style independent thing. A solution is the Crystarium Perk, increasing the difficulty level or shrining some artifacts (you'll receive 1k of crystals now).
Also you can try to go deeper in the Grindfest Challenge and train the Scavenger skill.

Sounds like a plan to kill mages and niten users.

2h mace users would like it and maybe DW.

But it does make sense in efficiency and practicality.

^ Doesn't DW and Niten have about same amount of survivability with that amount of pets? Besides, not all DW use Club.


Increasing pets' offense and decreasing their defense might be a thing to consider.
