I'm using Math.Ceiling so it rounds the number up; the issue most likely is how the proficiency is being displayed on HV. While you see two decimals, I have determined there are in fact more. So you could have a currative proficiency of 100.114 when it is only showing 100.11.

Draughts have been removed from the loot tables, so you might want to remove them from the Calc. Crudes have also completely removed. Potion values have also been changed.
I'm pretty sure those are the only relevant changes 4.8 has brought to the calc.

Not important bug, but unlike the other trainings, in the Misc Posting when you raise the current level, the desire level don't raise automatically.

Just an update; EH Calculator is not dead. Been busy with real life and other things. A sneak peak at the EH Calculator v3.1 changelog (I'm still adding and testing stuff) CODE Version 3.1.0.x (Yuna Release) - Misc Posting in Training Current value was not upping the corresponding Desire value. (Noted by cmdct) - Added number of Misc Galleries you can have in profile summary. -- You can specify the number of misc training you have in your profile. - Moved Multiplicative Stat Calculator into its own little form. -- Modify number inputs to allow negative numbers. -- Fixed the clear button not clearing the Add input -- Added a small explanation for the Multiplicative Stat section. - Updated Description of Metallic Auras. (noted by Boggy) - Fixed bad Exp Bonus values for Metalic Auras. (noted by Boggy) - Added new awards: Snowflake's Hand, Pride and Esteem Currently, I'm adding the suggestion by Boggy and putting in fighting-style proc chances based on your weapon proficiencies (Overwhelming Strikes, Domino Strike). EH Calculator 3.1.1.8 is released.
I will need some help on updating the training calculator. In particular, I need some data points to help me determine the cost of the new training items and the new cost function for ability boost.
When providing the data, please provide the cost, the level (eg 30/100), and if you have any of the credit perks.

3.2.0.12 has been released! I added an experimental EXP Calculator to this one; depending on feedback I may expand on it. Also, I need data points! Changelog: CODE Version 3.2.0.12 (Belkin Release) - HV 0.6 released, updating a whole bunch of stats -- Accuracy has been changed on the main character screen to reflect current equipment. Since EH Calc doesn't keep track your equipment, we will only display the base chance. If you REALLY want to figure out the final value, plug the base and equipment stuff into the Multiplicative Stat Calculator -- Ditto for Crit Chance -- Added Spirit Shield to Innate Arcana List -- Upped max Innate level to 5, which is a 60% mana maintenance reduction! -- Draughts have been removed -- Moved Gems to Additional Info to replace Second Wind which was removed -- Upped max snowflake value from 10 to 20 -- There is a good chance Regen Amounts are wrong; I'll need new data points for this! - Hath Perks Soul Barrier and Radiant Soul were removed - Hath Perk Innate Arcane V and Crystarium series was added - Updated Costs on Hath Perks, some were changed - Training Atonment and Atonment Tool has been removed -- Giving negative karma has been disabled, I suspect Karma in general will soon go out the window. Base HP: 2173 (2390 if you count the White aura*)
Curative prof: 169.53 Regen restores 264 HP/tick.
Curative prof: 189.7 Regen restores 284 HP/tick.
Curative prof: 212.3 Regen restores 306 HP/tick.
Taking a wild stab in the dark, and assuming the proficiency squared term was ditched, it looks like the amount restored is now
(4.5 * (1 + prof/100)) % of base HP, rounded up.
Don't know if this agrees with your observations...
* I don't know if the 10% HP boost from the aura counts towards "base" HP. It was previously included when calculating the HP restored by Cure, but I've just spotted that it's been dropped for 0.6.0. May or may not be intentional - I'll mention it in the Release Notes thread in a moment.
Edited due to what I wrote about the White aura being a load of crap...

Remind me never to play against you in TF2 if your playing a spy. That observation appears correct. Regen II uses 6.0 instead of 4.5 after some testing. I'll be pushing an update out shortly.
