Could you please write Hvmarket not to send the item by notice or something like that? When I sent mm to the Hvmarket account, the Hvmarket account read mm and could not return it.

This is exactly what I feared would happen, the account still working and taking items but no guarantee about anything registering what you send so that's why I posted about not returning the mails if anybody got any with their stuff. I just went back several pages of posts because I remembered this happening before and it sure did:

I accidentally hit recall button, so all my stuffs got MM back to me. But instead of claiming the items from MM, I hit resend mail button because I thought it would send my things back to my HVMarket page. But apparantly they never arrived. So I guess my things is still in the HVMarket MM. I would like to ask for help in this one. Thank you very much.

Due to some inconveniences of the MoogleMail system, no, if you return a recall the items just get 'confiscated', because it's harder to detect who they're from (would have to parse the message body for the username, which would open up potential issues with usernames that have overlaps with the normal text).

I manually returned them to you. It's a real pain in the ass to do that for so many items, so please bear that in mind in future and don't do it again.

So we can only hope Nezu is alright and that it can be fixed. If not it seems we'll have no choice but to accept the loss and trade via WTS/WTB again meanwhile. All those lost items though...

Definitely not a choice, items are still on hold by HVMarket account and traceable, unless they have been bazaared which will be so fked up.

Just a matter of time to trace back these items owner or simply considered as 'confiscated' by mod.

HVMarket will be permanently closed for personal health reasons.

When the account is unbanned, it should continue automatically sending out stock. It's also now configured properly to no longer receive new mails. Any items that were collected in this time were still recorded and will still be returned. The order in which the items is returned may be chaotic and due to rate limitations, it may still take several days to return all stock (there's still about half of it remaining, across over 10,000 separate stock records). All credits should also be accounted for. The only players that may lose something are those who return recalls (which are not tracked, if I recall, due to edge cases with the special MoogleMail sender) and those who changed their username without ever updating their HVMarket account.

I am also retiring from HV for the foreseeable future. I apologise to everyone who was inconvenienced by this abrupt and irresponsible shutdown process. And thank you for participating in HVMarket - I made it because I wanted it to exist for myself as a player too, and it would not have been possible without community acceptance, adoption and feedback. Especially thank you to Shank, megawife-acc, firew, Literal Genie, KitsuneAbby, zhenterzzf, Ming28561, translators and foreign-language guide writers, Ikki Pop (your UI script was really cool!), Xeda, Jake643, and more.

Also thanks to Tenboro for the special exceptions made to allow HVMarket to exist, and to Superlatanium, sssss2 and sickentide for their services & scripts - without that work I doubt I would have ever been inspired to learn to do more, nor would I have envisioned a simple browser game with such a small community to be vibrant enough that it would support a whole ecosystem of extensions and interactive platforms beyond its own minor footprint on the overall site.
