Transaction queue re-stalled...

This may require a team effort. Team X will gather a posse to attack anybody who has forgotten their password, Team F can get the hamster back on the wheel to get the market rolling again. Report back at the designated time with news of success.

Looks like the function is broken, it is not being transmitted.

It seem the shop broke in some way, it is not possible to send items.

Fixed it... again.

Gonna have to have a look at it later today and see if I can fix it. Worst case scenario, I'll just disable the temp ban module for a bit.

would be cool to have an option to sell in bulk only, for instance the seller puts 100 units of any item on the market with this option checked and it prevents selling one by one so the seller would get whole value at once in case of transaction no dilly-dallying

I feel a little guilty bothering you about it regularly, I hope it's a quick fix to reboot. Maybe something that can be automated if it's going to be semi-regular for now?

It's a simple restart, yeah. No, it can't really be automated (detecting it would be harder than just fixing the problem in the first place).

If that price was set before the HVMarket update, it would have been preserved since that time. (Otherwise, no idea how that happened - shouldn't be possible in any way.)

Total noob here could anyone explain how this website works? I never used mooglemail or really interacted with anyone in the community beyond like 2 forum posts.
I wanted to make an account and try it out as the prices seem too good to be true compared to the in game bazaar thing, sadly I couldn't as my moogle mail is in 24h lockdown from a password change.

Basically: You make an account (you'll have to wait for the 24h to be over)
Any items you want to sell, you send via moogle to the account hvmarket
You go to manage prices: [hvmarket.xyz] https://hvmarket.xyz/manage-prices/
You set the price you want to sell at. If there are current buy orders for it, it will sell immediately, otherwise you have to wait for someone to buy at your listed price (and with no cheaper stock on sale)
You can set prices at any time even if you don't have stock, if you have ever sold the item before (and not deleted it from manage prices) or from the items own item page

You can buy items by doing a search for the item you want, clicking on it, then adding in your desired quantity and price. If any items are for sale at that price, they will be bought by you immediately, else you will have to wait for someone to sell that low (and with no high buy orders from others in front of you)

When you make a sale, your credits can be retrieved through [hvmarket.xyz] https://hvmarket.xyz/account/ (or they will be moogled to you every Saturday if not manually claimed). Credits only become available when the buyer has paid for the items

I sent some things to Hvmarket and the email has been read.
But I didn't get it in my hvmarket

Items aren't listed until you give them a price.

You can set the price for all you're items at the [hvmarket.xyz] manage prices page, or at the individual items exchange pages.

The your shop link is just a shortcut to you public facing shop now, and isn't use to manage you items any more.

Edit:

HVMarket appears to be in a stuck state again, so that could be causing your problem.

I would assume that it wouldn't be able to remove the attached items while stuck, but I could easily be wrong about that, I'll send a test moogle when I get out of battle in a bit.

Edit 2:

Test moogle still unread, so since yours is read the stalled state should be unrelated to your problem.
