For me its like this if i want to visit my shop i have to go thru help and "your shop" link in there i tried to clean cookies but it didnt help. Same problem on phone and trying to use diff browsersAttached Image Attached Image

When you're not logged in, does the right bar at the top show up as normal? (The 'Login' and 'Register' buttons.)

Okay, if you right click and hit 'inspect' anywhere on the page, it'll show you the HTML code for the page.

If you could do that, please hit Ctrl+F and search for 'nav_right'. If the following is present, please expand it and see if there's anything inside it:

I'm struggling to work out why that wouldn't be present at the moment, especially considering you tried different browsers and even a different device, but we may be able to troubleshoot it... I note that you're also missing a second part of the shop interface which follows the same CSS rules (flex-grow:1, text-align right, inside a flexbox with row growth).

By the way, when you tried different browsers, I assume you tried a clean one with no extensions/addons installed? It's also possible your browsers are extremely outdated, but I find that unlikely since you mentioned a mobile device which would normally update browser apps automatically.

When i expand HTML code for NAV Right i can see everything fine over there.
I tried freashly instaled opera and firefox with should be latest version without anything.



I found the problem adguard 7.5.2 was thinking that right menu was ad for some weard reason. When i add hvmarket site to exceptions it looks like it should. i just cant figure out why i cant see right menu using mobile i dont have adblocker on it and the code look the same as on pc.

I have manually sent you your credits, but I will not do this again. This is in part due to the volume of mails I have to sift through to investigate and verify that no payments were sent (although it is concerning that my logging for failed payouts seems to not be working; I will be going over that in the near future).

Also, due to various constraints with HV's mail system, it's unsafe for me to manually interfere with hvmarket mooglemails without shutting down the server first.

In future, users who change their username without handling their HVMarket accounts properly will simply be considered to have donated their credits to HVMarket and will not be reimbursed because it's their own fault...

Today something strange happened, i sold 3 batch of Trophy trought the store but got paid only 2:

Broken Glasses are shown to be a completed transfer but i never received the money antd they are not back in store as normally happen after 15 minutes.

Can you please look into this?

I never had this problem before, sometime the transactions fails, both as a buyer and seller, but normally they are cancelled and the items get back in place.

Oh, that one's actually a 'stuck' transaction - it never sent to ryuseii. The interface currently doesn't distinguish between this and other states because it was never meant to be visible publicly; it's a marker for purely internal reasons. But since the introduction of quick buy, there's a bug with the queue system that allows stuff to fall through the cracks like this.

I'm going to manually force through any unsent items shortly, so that one will probably cancel and return to your stock if ryuseii isn't around. As for future occurrences, I have a bunch of maintenance work to do on HVMarket soon™ when I have the time & energy for it (who knew that removing tax revenue would also remove any incentive I have to make sure it works properly), including a large internal rewrite and some new features.

Nezu, I really hate to pile on but I also seem to have a transaction stuck in processing, a total of 7 Sweetie Belle Figurines (from 3 users), purchased @ 03:47UTC 2021-01-03.
I had another, similar transaction around the same time (5 Spitfire Figurines) that went through just fine, but this one seems lost in transit.
Thanks for your time, this is a great tool, just a little glitch here and there.
