Try buying any other item - 1 health draught will do, you can return it as well. This forces HVMarket to check unsent items and send them.

Sometimes this happens when you try buying multiple different items too fast.

The two items are sent in the same MM.

ryuseii bought four types of items from me. But I only received the credits of three of them (Broken Glasses was the one I didn't receive). I confirmed that the amount of credits in the three mm matched the other three transactions. I tried to buy one item and return it, but nothing new happened to the Broken Glasses transaction.



The mm arrived at 03:44.

It looks like the Broken Glasses got stuck sending to him until he bought something else later - so he hadn't actually paid for them yet. I haven't updated the CSS to differentiate these states because it was never a problem before quick buy was added...

I'm aware of what causes this minor bug, though I'm still thinking about the best way to fix it (if at all). Until then, buyers should do the 1 health draught trick. (This won't work for sellers, because buying a new item only causes it to check for your unprocessed sales, not anybody else's.)

Can't sent items to HVMarket. I click "Click here to check for new MoogleMails", and nothing happens.

Alas, I've run into this bug, but the "1 health draught" trick has not fixed it. I tried sending in an item and recalling an item, and those also appear to be stuck. Those functions being stuck are actually much bigger concerns for me.

I'm about done for now, and probably won't be back for day or two due to RL medical crud.

I'm fine with the purchases being returned (given I won't be around to accept them).

Also, in case it's important, I don't think I used quickbuy for any of this. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I apologise for the loss of trust, but this one really isn't my fault, and honestly I have no idea exactly how it happened: someone managed to send a Festival Coupon to HVMarket, and then tried to recall it. I've contacted Tenboro to have it returned to its owner & forced through the stuck recalls and sales. Nobody is going to face any suspicion or penalties for sales that cancel as a result of this event.

Hahaha, no worries, though I am very curious about how on earth you managed to send it in the first place - it wasn't available on the mail interface for HVMarket, which is why the problem was caused in the first place. Were you using HVToolbox to send it from the item inventory or something?

Request for translators

I restructured the project to make it easier to offer session-based language support in future. I am looking for translators for Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Russian editions of the site. I am also willing to support multiple forms of the Chinese language, if that's desired. I'm not offering a bounty for this, but it would be highly beneficial to HV's foreign-language communities.

Please consult the attached text file to see a list of words and sentences that need to be translated. If you want to do this, please add the translations as new lines underneath each word, phrase or sentence, then send me the script. It would help a lot if you are familiar with how HVMarket works, so you can be sure you understand the correct context for the translation.
