Monster Girl Quest: Paradox by ToroToro Resistance

Might be the best, and the hugest in terms of stats + content, RPGmaker game I've seen. Features all the h-scenes from the original VN (which has a completely different story) and a tonne more made for this new adventure.

The SEQUEL series by Leaf Geometry is a close second. Definitely veers more toward the vanilla side for the most part but the wholesome and comedic dialogue outside of the sex scenes are a nice break.

Harder to say when it comes to action games...

Violated Heroine is one I have fondness and nostalgia for (throuple with Rin + Hinano best ending) but it's pretty jank from forcing RPGmaker to play like an overhead beat 'em up. I'll give runner up status to Mystic Knight Maya, a more recent platforming game from the west that pleasantly surprised me on both the fetish and overall gamefeel fronts.

Still monmusu quest but i still hate all the H parts of it. Just a wonderful story.

Corruption of Champions was for a long time my favourite for actual arousal but I don't know anymore.
