It's not very unique, but probably either the Monster Girl Quest visual novels or "Dragon Pink: The Zero Castle," which I would definitely love a translation of.

On the slightly stranger side, I also like "Seraphita" (PC-98 and Windows 9x). Was really hard to track down the windows version, though, and it's probably never getting a translation (I think Dragon Pink has a 1000% better chance at least).
A slightly odd thing about Seraphita (apart from the dickgirls) is that it has red book CD audio, which is neat. I mean, I know a lot of games did at the time, but it was still amusing to realize I actually had a use for my old Pentium laptop with its parallel port CD drive.
