For me it should be the bishojo mangekyo（美少女萬華鏡）series, it has several impressive works, and the dynamic drawings are shivering. The Sequel series is full of wonderful h-games - a world where men are rare and strong cute girl heroines are always up for adventures and milking you for all you're worth is just lovely.

The third game, Sequel Colony has an absolutely fantastic story too, exploring an island 20 years after all humans had been wiped out by bug monsters and unravelling the secrets it holds...

Saya no Uta for the story.

Koikatsu Party mainly for erotic stuff but it's also nice to run around, talking to girls with different personalities.
I heard Artificial Academy is also a very nice one, but didn't bother installing it because the installation seems a bit tricky with all the mods and such.

I can't be the first person to mention Karryn's Prison can I?

It's a must-play for boob lovers. Difficult turn-based combat, strategic financial management, multiple endings, achievements to unlock (yeah I play on Steam). I can't possibly have anything more to ask from a H-game.
