Also, I'm speculating here, but I highly suspect you have the ability to actually let things go, and (probably stretching it here) maybe even take a step back and show a sense of humility and perspective, things that I think Brad was seriously incapable of doing.

That's basically what happened from a legal standpoint.

What I thought was supposed to be a deposition, was actually a hearing to determine if the case was to be sent to mediation. The judge decided mediation wasn't necessary, the whole hearing was a waste of the court's time, and dismissed the case with prejudice; which prevents her from trying to file against me again.

Anyways, after he pretty much told her that she wasted the court's time, she thought it was perfectly fine to give the judge some attitude and called him an "imbecile." At this point my lawyer, her lawyer, and myself were completely wide-eyed. The judge, on the other hand, just shrugged it off like he didn't give a fuck; this shocked us more than the crazy lady's outburst. I was kind of expecting(hoping) him to go ballistic and slap her with a fine like you see on T.V.

All in all, it was a much more enjoyable experience than I expected.

I'm from the Spanish country, that is, Spain. Journalists from latin-american countries were involved as well. What makes it so bad it's that they don't even appeal economy itself, but rather manipulate the readers' feelings, for example, instigating hatred.
