Day 2 of admins not replying to people wanting a classic/old layout mode.

Day 2: Still hoping that they will change mind and cancel this update, or give us the option to use the previous version.

There are bunch of CSS styles lying around that you guys can use to revert to old style, you know? It would've been better if it's officially supported, but you guys can get what you want.

Here's my final CSS edit for anyone interested. Make sure to set Thumbnails to 75-85% in the settings, 100% looks weird.

Everything should work until Tenboro changes something.

No, that's completely fucking stupid to have to use a third party workaround instead of the devs just being competent enough to add the option for users who want it.

I set English as one of the watched/flagged tags and while it mostly works I just noticed at least one time it didn't

EDIT: tried the search again and it worked now. Just wondering what caused the initial spotiness.

- Thumbnail resizing update is good, thanks. I'm using 90 percent on mobile; that way, their width is unchanged so I still get the full number of tags below thumbnails. I still would, even more so now, like an option to display additional rows of tags. Then I might go down to 75%.
Edit: I see now that at least four tag lines display now. Dunno if that was updated or for some other reason I was only seeing max 3 before.

- Gallery info is still not perfectly aligned.

- I agree that the number of info lines beneath thumbnails could be reduced to one.

- The mockup someone made for colored borders around favorites is good; +1

- The mockup for a "new" icon is also pretty good. With both these mockups implemented, the date-posted could be removed to facilitate removal of the extraneous line of info. Could hover over gallery to see date.

There is nothing to change back. Every time you searched "trap" you were searching "tomgirl". Been that way since the day I enabled that tag.

[en.wiktionary.org] Because that's the actual term. We avoid using memes/slang whenever possible, they only cause trouble in the long-run.

To reiterate:
A minimal view that still has usable tags and fits on one 1080 screen.
Even better if we had customizable tag abbreviations.

Also: the date and thus the favorite indicator gets covered by the thumbnail. If you quickly mouse over titles you will not be able to tell if you already favorited a gallery. It should instead be an indicator in the title before tags.
Same goes for category that could be put after the torrent indicator and then offsetting previews a bit to show part of the category tag.

And again: get rid of user-select: none
It makes middle click (instant open in new tab) hard to use on titles as clicking on empty space turns it into mousescroll.
