At first, it caused bit of a confusion, but now I am starting to like the revamped version (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

One thing that still bothers me even after using it for few hours are

1) New galleries are hard to distinguish (several others also have mentioned this)
2) Expunged galleries also difficult to recognize
3) Favorite tag hard to see (especially darker tag for the panda.com)

Basically, it's hard to distinguish different galleries. If you guys can make bit of visual changes for those, it would be golden (at least for me (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)).

And, If we going with that "popular" page (that I don't like) - let's separate them. I mean - for Front Page - I use all the time - let's stay for ex. Comapct size. But when I change page to Popular and set for thumbnails it could stay like this and don't affect Front Page settings (that are set to compact).

I second this. I normally don't use the thumbnails mode, but popular page works better in thumbnails (just for taking a quick look)

- Toned down some of the category button colors on dark backgrounds. (thanks to hzqr)

I like it, maybe this could work for both places (?)
or, at least, can you change that ugly yellow? (I'm ok with the rest of the colors) Something like this:

If i may ask why was the ability to use wildcards in the beginig of the word removed ?

hmm why i cant see some of old works / yaoi dj now
when i search it, there no result
but when i use vpn it show up the result
is this a bug??

or on my fav list, i click the dj it said the gallery is deleted or not available
but if i use vpn i can see the gallery

I agree with the consensus that the preview images that appear with mouse-over are clunky.

Particularly in regards to minimal display mode, I think you could remedy the problem by having the previews only appear when you mouse-over the text of the gallery, as opposed to the entire row the text is on. This would give the user some easy way to control whether or not the preview is up.

The new gallery list is click-jacking every title link and preventing middle-click from opening in a new tab.

I don't understand why it's using onclick handlers at all to try to poorly emulate the standard behavior of an <a> tag. The only point seems to be to make the whole table cell clickable, but that can be better done by, for example, inverting the internal <div> and <a> tags, removing the onclick, and tweaking the CSS. Even better would be to not try to make the whole cell clickable in the first place.

Not just you, bunch of people especially from Asia get this issue including me.

Why? Why do websites feel the need to change things that aren't broken or in need of change? Why replace category buttons with these ugly rectangles? Nothing needed to be changed.

Also, favorites are now bugged. It's only showing 4 per row and leaving a large gap at the end of each.

first time posting on forum love some of the changes, but can we change back some of search function changes for favorites since before I could just search for both mind break or mind control just by searching using just "mind" but now it is having to search mind_break / mind_control if looking for the tag since it no longer accepts the word mind, mind break or mind control during search for finding them.

Also, favorites are now bugged. It's only showing 4 per row and leaving a large gap at the end of each.

Same problem here, it was not like that yesterday.

You can solve this problem by changing the zoom from 100% to 90%.

It seems favorites wasn't using a grid layout anymore for some reason. I just set it to grid.

EDIT: Tenboro fixed it. Don't use this pastebin.

The thing is that once you know which color represent each category you don't really need text plastering in your face with "im a doujin, this too, and this and this... i'm h-manga..."
