As a power armor user, is there any way I can make my supportive spells last longer?

Aside from a perk, no.
But here is a useful trick: even if you have Innate Arcana, you should cast the associated spells anyway to get Channeling, so that you can get a Heartseeker that lasts more than 400 turns and doesn't cost anything.

Not before lv 310. Because you need Imperil

I did play mage way before Lvl310, even without Imperil...
The only issue I had was mostly spending a lot of mana potions and sometimes a mana elixir as holy/dark mage.

You mean playing on low difficulties?

The global loot penalty for playing many rounds on lower difficulties was removed. Instead, only when doing Grindfest and Item World, a fixed rare drop modifier is applied to artifact and token drop chances, decreasing the drop rate for these two types of items at lower difficulties.

^ This. Spamming the last 4 arenas everyday is enough to give you 600-1000k cred/week depending on your luck

No.
IWBTH GF still needs haste, shadow veil, protection and spark on scrolls at my level (never done deep PFUDOR because I'm pretty sure it's still either gum/vase of flee).
Imperil 4+1 + charged will lessen the difficulty considerably.

With a round you mean a full GF?
I'd say the time is pretty good given your equipment.
1H for a full GF is impossible, hard cap is around 1h30m (possibly a bit lower if you have fully forged + Æsahættr at around level 400).

No,1H player can do higher difficulty earlier than mage,I finished my first GF-PF as a 1H-style around LV380,and now with mage style I need flee before round 550. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
