Correct. It does not.
But there are cases when monsters will move even in the 0 cooldown of an item.
It's not something to expect. It happens cause of delayed moves, laggy server responce, stun recovery and situations that are more unique than rare.
Just don't count on the 0 turns for item usage when you are at 1 hp and you are safe.

It happens,when a monster hit you hard,your spirit shield cost a lot of SP to absorb it,then your SP is low for maintaining the SoL,and next monster kills you.

I also have some examples that happened to me.

1-) PFUDOR IW, 100 rounds, 1H Protection Set

Before: Smooth.
After: I am using more Cure and/or Health Potion than before.

2-) HELL IW, 100 rounds, 2H Shielding Plate Set

Before: Smooth.
After: I am using more Cure and/or Health Potion than before.

3-) HELL IW, 100 rounds, DW Shade "improvised" Set

Before: Playing with care, I can go without major problems.
After: Sparked 4 times, even playing very carefully. And I am using much more Cure and/or Health Potion than before. I was not defeated by a miracle. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)


The impression I have is that the Arenas got a lot easier and faster than before. But with the IW, though a bit faster, it seems to me more difficult (the monsters are beating harder). (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif) But it's just an impression; I have no data to prove this. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

I'm trying to figure out how much more attack base damage I can amass given my level.

What would all Peerless ethereal rapier of slaughter and power slaughter have in terms of base ADB at level 386? Or where would I find that information?

Since the idea now is you need to get better gear I need to know what I'm looking at if I were to get maximum lucky... how many turns can I trim off an average PFUDOR arena battle?

1H is becoming hyper tedious at any level.
