Plain plate armor is generally considered trash. That piece isn't really worth anything and I wouldn't waste the fragments. Sorry.

Well, it's still good enough for me to use for a good amount of levels, so who cares.

Yup, nothing wrong with self-using that. I myself used 1-2 plate pieces nearly up to Lv 300. Plate is decent for leveling, but lacks the added punch of power armor that's needed for higher difficulties, that's why it's not worth much. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

it doesn't matter. you'll replace it anyways, so you can just focus on earning void strike for a damage powerup

imo it depends on how much you need credits and how many pabs from artifacts you already have. if answer to the first question is "quite a lot" and to the second is "quite the low amount", then sell them. it's a safe 200k or so. otherwise, you may try to gamble for energy drinks, but if you don't have enough pabs the chance to be awarded an ed is quite low...

I have no idea if I need credits or not, as I have never bought anything except for this weapon. I have about 650k credits for now.

And I can do Nintendo till the Lv120 arena, not sure I can last 5-10 more rounds, as at the end I have to spam both weapon skills just to not get bursted down.

i ask because an option you have may be to IW10 that mace with the longsword, and then use the IW10ed mace to IW10 the longsword. seems a bit twisted, but it's basically what higherups do as well: use the best weapons they currently have (most likely an already IWed thing) to IW the new one (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

btw, there's also a tiny chance that you may drop a new weapon in the process. very tiny, but trying doesn't hurt (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

This is actually what I had in mind, but sounded so weird I thought it was a bad/stupid idea or something.

So I should just leave th useless potency on the longsword? I got really depressed because like 2 days earlier I sold an Amnesia shard. I was hoping for another shard drop to regorge it, since it'ìs still at level 1, and all i did was 2 rounds at hell with the mace (by struggling, but I did it)

well, your call. it's only one potency (roughly 15k needed) and you won't earn a worst potency, so it's not wrong of a reasoning.

Hello~ I finally got my very first legendary drop (Lv120 arena at Nintendo, standard monster drop; idk how lucky it is)

Considering I do play 2H heavy, is it good enough to be soulforged? Right now is far better than my other equip, but 1000 soul fragments are a lot...

Just wear it. You'll get better once you approach 300. If you don't get them as drops, you'll be able to buy them from setting up a WTB or in the auctions. The only things to consider soulforging is a good weapon and a good shield, and probably not at your levels either. I soulforged a rapier in the 260s.

Also, a couple of questions:
-I have about 8 Precursor artifacts, should I sell them on the WTB or use them?
-At which level should I look for fighting Flying Spaghetti Monster? I fought Invisible Pink Unicorn at Hell with virtually no struggle with a DW light set, but idk how strong is FSM
I'm quite sure you need at least 50% base SP to trigger SoL, otherwise it won't save you from death.

I eat Precurser artifacts regardless. You lose a little virtual cash, but you get Last Elixers, hath, crystals, and EDs. I like having the EDs to sell.

If you worry about SP, just keep a SP draught handy and know when you can use it. HV_Clean_UI will tell you when to use a SP gem .. Personally, if you've been successful on Hell, you'll be successful on hell against FSM.

Thanks again to everyone for the answers~ I'll try to IW both of my weapons to 10, and as long as I can find enough tokens of blood I'll try FSM at Hell.

I also decided to just use the Precursor artifacts, I got:

1000 Crystals of Knowledge
1 Energy drink
2 Hath
+2 Str
+1 Dex
+2 End

Just got gold star so now I have some free slots for new monsters. But I'm no hardcore monster tamer, can't aim for 300+ monster level. In fact I have a bunch of 120-140 monsters and my max is 270 and it seems like the 270 monster hardly brings me any gifts.
So anyone suggest a good way to build my new monsters? What level should I aim for, what stat should I focus on?

Btw, does Resplendent Regeneration increase Regen spell regeneration rate?

1. Give them a funny name. Check the last posts in the Gallery of Funny Monster Names for tips if needed.
2. Leave them at PL 25.
3. When you feel like it, slowly upgrade one monster, the one with the funniest monster name, to PL1100 so I can see it.
4. And the kind of monster doesn't matter. Really. It doesn't.

And DJNoni is right. Your monster's class, attack type and stats don't really matter. They're just cannon fodder anyway. My highest level monster is 168, most are below 100, and I still get gifts regularly (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)
