As a melee player with power armor, single-handed, and shield-user, how much of my evade should be lower compared to the rest of my stats, without losing the ability to do critical hits often/frequently, and where should these extra points go to?

I think the majority of us just want hover back.
And if everyone keeps going back to 10b, he's going to end up getting pissed off.

Usually 0% evade is the goal, as you cannot counter unless you block or parry. If your burden is above 70, your crit chance starts getting lower.

That's intentional.

You can only re-assign up to 10 stat points every day. You'll need to wait until the next "dawn" event to re-assign more.

As low as possible, 1H priority is STR, DEX, END and some WIS

I don't think you can have 0% evade without losing considerable amount of clear speed, even title adds 3%.

Possibly. Depending on how that bar is calculated it may be possible to have a valid value or only a guess

Probably been asked before, but anyhoo, does INT have any use on supportive spells, like increasing their strength or the amount healed?

I have a good amount of points invested in that branch, but I never use attack spells, I stick to melee and support spells, would those points be better spent in the wisdom category?

Thanks for that information. I thought my evade was bad but now reading that, I find that I was approaching it the wrong way. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
