Well for 1H absolute best would be 5 Fatality and 4 Butcher. But in your case, everything would be allready better, than what you have.

Well you should really IW your weapon for the elemental strike.

plus, you need higher 1H prof (for more counter-stuns per turn), and replacing your armors with Mag-tier Power will help as well.

higher difficulties may give you something better, but don't hold your breath. with your funds you should be able to afford a set of Mag of Slaughter without problems. if you don't like to lurk WTS section too much, just open a WTB thread and check it once per day.

I can try, but it's a huge pain in the arse for a phone use like me (the forums are NOT phone friendly).
Each person I want to quote, I have to open in a new tab, then copy and paste all the quotes back into the 1st reply tab.
Then you want me to break those quotes up into smaller chunks, which means copying and pasting the same quote multiple times then going back and pruning the contents.
Plus every time I try to paste anything the whole browser zooms out to max, so finding exactly the right line to paste content is really tricky. If I zoom in to make it easier, as soon as I tap to paste it zooms out again.
Also, every time I backspace to the beginning of a line, it does a double backspace and buggers up the paragraphing. Not the end of tge world, but annoying.
Lastly, I have to keep copying my content, because if the page times out, then it'll refresh and I'll lose all content except the original1st quote.

Tl;dr I will try, but please be patient with me because using these forums from a phone is F'd in the A.

Well IW your weapon is just a very easy way to improve your damage output. Its more or less a no-brainer.

There are people out there that make multiple Hellfest (grindfest on hell) per day. Not quite sure about the pfudorfest, but i wouldnt be suprised. I did a few Hellfest myself. In the end it is no big deal. Its just a matter of stats.

If I were in your position I would get some better gear (in other words spend my gold on gear instead of training) and then just do an all-out rampage (normal difficulty, complete all arenas every day, etc) for a week or three to get my profeciencies up. (think of it this way - you will probably get horrible drops but fair amounts of gold in the process (due to the sheer quantity)).

yes, that's the formula. but in the first period you'll already have so many things to do (including but not limited to getting accostumed to the style) that you can skip that. for example, i play with 5 Phase.
when your prof starts to reach a value close to your level (which means: prof_factor = 0), then you can start to think about how to optimize it.

Grab a decent Force Shield (base block >37) and forge it to 15 or 20, aim for ~55% to 60% Block at your current level. That should already allow you to handle IWBTH or even PFUDOR difficulty. Also, to speed things up, grab a Slaughter Rapier - you don't need the Accuracy from Balance suffix anyway (you're at ~220% Hit Chance).

Dont look at it that way. I mean, even a shitty Mag Cloth drop, is worth allready 18k (HG Cloth) Also even more worthless equipment drops mean more equipment for bazaring, which means more money. Not that much, but every little bit helps.
