It makes no sense since most things can be accomplished:
1) with great pain (sparks, elixirs, etc etc)
2) easily

Requirements are obviously different, and giving a general value is pretty difficult.
Also if you don't specify what you want to do there is now way to give suggestions.

depends on what you want to achieve. For Hell, probably not. But why play half-mage? If you can improve by prof staff, my only logical conclusion is: do it, do it right now. Go mage all the way. or go back to 1h rapier power of slaughter.

Edit: I'm pretty pleased with my cast speed. I have 3 Charged and Spelweaver4. Anything less that that felt like it sucked. 5 charged is better, but I have 2 lousy radiants (funny: 1 year ago, prices of radiants were higher than charged! I still think Radiants are cool, though.)

I have all self-drop legendary leathers + the lowest ADB staff I could find in bazaar + totally unrepaired staff so condition 0%. Then IW crude axe on IWBTH.

Light armor adds ADB though.
If your cloth prof is not maxed it's better to grind prof @Nintendo or @Hell but with clothes.

Yep, a script base on Hentaiverse Equipment Comparison, but it is a beta version, there might be some bugs in the script.

And it was scripted by my friend, so I'm not sure whether he want to publish it in public, but I will try to ask him.

Is the second one worth for 5+4IW?
I guess I can't afford a better one right now.

If you satisfied that one and you don't want to buy a new one, of course, go straight to 5+4.

In my opinion, if I were you, I will try to make it close to 5+4, but not forced to do on this staff because doing 5+4 IW cost is possibly more expensive than the item's cost.

When equipment is soulfused, its stats will be immediately scaled to the player's level, and will continue scaling as the player levels up.

This means that if the item has a level higher than player's level, its stats will lower and vice versa. Base stats will always remain the same though.

The wiki's kinda scary, I get it, but it helps to take a look before wasting credits/soul fragments
