QUOTE(Superlatanium @ Mar 25 2017, 17:39) The guy originally asking about it was Level 257.
INT higher than 0 is good, but shouldn't be anywhere near the levels of other PABs, not even AGI.
No one said that. Benny-boy said "at high level you get ~100 extra spirit for ~300 INT" which is reasonable enough in my opinion (I have 400, btw, and it's still 1/400 the cost of the next point in STR/DEX). And even at lower levels I don't think that having the equivalent EXP of 1 point in STR/DEX put into INT is that bad since spirit usage from spirit stance is always there.

QUOTE(Superlatanium @ Mar 25 2017, 18:39)
If you don't have to imperil, feel free to try playing without it; for holy and dark, that's a decent option. One of the significant benefits to Imperil for lower level players is the quick cast speed, which lets you kill the monsters in less action time overall, resulting in less incoming damage. But well geared players might not need that, even on high difficulty. This is exactly the sort of question Income Summary was made for, with enough data points you'll get an exact answer.
Thank you very much, installed the scripts, will play with them later.

QUOTE(abc12345678901 @ Mar 25 2017, 19:36) I know it's worth it in general, but doesn't seem to be worth it time wise for the arenas i do on the diffculty settings I do because it takes so long to imperil every mob compared to Crackling Cast spell spam. I would be able to clear to round and possibly start the next one before i made sure every mob got imperil'ed, especially when they can evade or resit the cast. Is there as way to quickly imperil every mob or is it really just not worth it until very high difficulties?
Like I said, you should put Imperil on number keys and hold your left hand on them. It takes like 0.5 seconds to imperil all monsters in the round, not 5 like with right clicking. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) But yeah, Hell is generally considered the difficulty where you play without Imperil even if you're elemental, unless you have really crappy gears and can't survive it otherwise.

Just a reminder that using 10 blood tokens on Triple Trio and the Tree is ALWAYS a bad idea.

QUOTE(Mantra64 @ Mar 25 2017, 17:35) For 1H rapier of slaughter with power of slaughter armor. After Fatality which potency is preferable to get in IW? Thank you for the answers. Mantra (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) short answer: Butcher. long answer: in the particular case you also plan to use that same Rapier for DW as well, then a bit of Overpower don't hurt. otherwise, stick with Fatality and Butcher as much as possible

Is there a general rule as to whether it's better to sell junk equipment to the shop or scrap it and sell it in the forum? I don't want to leave money on the table, but that Sell All button is so easy.

At your level, you can sell your averages, superiors and exquisites to the bazaar. Salvage crude and fair gear for scrap. Salvage junk magnificent if its staff, shield, or cloth.

@RoadShoe: What is the best way to spend Blood Tokens?
Flying Spaghetti Monster on PFUDOR?
I intended to do TT&T on PFUDOR but maybe getting all Noodly Appendages and selling them is better?

Yes, PF FSM. TTT gives less income per token spent.

On average, is it more cost efficient to get DD5 or forge INT/WIS PABs on (Legendary Grade) phase armors from 10 to 40?
Seems like a difficult question to evaluate, let alone answer...

well, the boost given by DD5 should be quite easy to calculate. as for the boost given by INT/WIS you may evaluate how much a singe INT/WIS point gives you - i suggest you to remove 10 points and then do the division, to have a more accurate esteem. surely it won't be 2/1 points like it was at the start, but still expect MDB from INT being roughly the double of MDB from WIS, if they are at a comparable level. if you want to compare costs, my cost calculator should give you a proper value.

When you say DD5, do you mean Æsahættr? If so, and a player can afford the cost of Æsahættr... I personally like that 30% following my changing mind every other day and swapping gear. Even at the cost of less Mana. But then, that's just a personal opinion from someone who's done both. And since you're talking cost efficiency.... The math guys will be right behind me telling me I'm wrong as usual, and math always wins. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) This post has been edited by RoadShoe: Mar 26 2017, 17:39

I'm not sure which of these shields I should keep/use, the force shield of warding has better stats (Blocking, M mit and it's got End instead of Dex) but I am not sure if that is because it's soulbound or not and the Protection one has wind mit because of jade . Since you are level 215 the stats are scaled the same. Warding has better block and it's soulfused, I would keep using it if I were you. Switch if you can find a mag+ shield with 3 PABs.

Sorry my knowledge of acronyms in this game is atrocious what is PAB. Edit: found acronyms on the wiki ignore. This post has been edited by OnlyRussellHD: Mar 26 2017, 17:57
