Scremaz has posted some forge optimizer spreadsheets over in the script thread, here, but I haven't tried them so I don't really know if that's what you're looking for.

once you fill the needed datas, they give you the forged rolls (scaled at your level) as output, and allow you to decide what's better to upgrade and whatnot. you can also exclude a particular gear because of reasons, if you want to. another spreadsheet allows you to calculate costs, btw. according to my results and some kind users who shared theirs, accuracy seems quite high.

i don't plan neither to calculate proficiencies and such boosts nor to integrate the two spreadsheets yet, since i didn't earn enough feedback for those. if what i'm going to do will end up being useless, why even doing it? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

To high level players, are you aiming for Dovahkin Title? I never seen a player with that title, even the 500's ones. How difficult is it?

not too much, tbh. a bit long, but widely manageable with unlimited potions system. it's only that the title isn't that useful, except for certain playstyles. usually sticking with evade + ADB granted by godslayer is preferrable.

Yes, I do that and it's even completely damaged, and it works like a charm. Well, it's still slow and grindy, but I manage to get 1 level in 10-15 minutes.

Look at prior (long) discussions on proficiency and EDB balancing

tl;dr use Imperil, get to 0.68-0.70 prof_factor or so, then fill the rest of your slots with Phase in your element (Mjolnir)

Hi, i need advice on the 1-hand equipment and playstyle.

Weapon: Rapier of Splaughter, Ethereal preferred but anything good (i will search Ethereal, Arctic, Allowed, Demonic, in this order for my preference). There is some better alternatives?

Shield: I know Kite are not so good so Force or Buckler? Force have more block but a lot of intererence and cost a lot to be upgraded having even worst prefix and suffix, can i get a bit of explanation of how i am supposed to look for a good quality item?

Armors: Power Pieces i know, of Slaughter? Balance or other are viable? Prefix only Savage? Alternatives?

Play Style: I can play as it is or i have to constantly have Featherweigt Shard imbued in all the piece or at least in the most burdersome?
Expecially, if i use a Force Shield is better to Feather it to reduce Interference?
Or i simply have not to care about burden interference unless they are too high (70+ Burden, ?? Interference).

I'm getting some stub armor from store and some passable drop to rise the proficiencies (i have near 0) drop but i need some more level to equip them all (at the moment i'm in no mod to buy costly equipment pieces, before i will increse the proficiencies to my level and it can take some time).
After that i want to be sure to get the right pieces (and in the time that it need to reach this point i hope to have got some extra money and\or Camarilla status but this also will require some time).

Try for Rapier of Slaughter. Any prefix is fine (maybe not Fiery, but still probably OK if Legendary). If you can't find Legendary tier Slaughter then either Magnificent Slaughter with Dex, or Legendary Nimble (Balance maybe).

DMMs don't cost so much nowadays, don't worry much about the special forge mat. You'll want either a SDE Buckler of Barrier or a SDE force shield. High percentile block is good, but just having one in Leg or Mag range is probably enough for starters.

Slaughter is best, but it's expensive. If you have trouble with incoming damage, use Legendary Power Protection for a while. Otherwise, use either Legendary Slaughter (costly) or Magnificent Slaughter (cheap-ish).

Maybe worth it on shield if you're playing a whole lot, like a whole GF or something like that, but otherwise I wouldn't bother. Besides, you want a good amount of burden to maximize counter-attacks.

You can try to be choosy later once you're higher level and better quality equips are available to you, so while you're starting up, if you find cheap-ish gears that work for you now, there's not much problem with using them. (except for the fact that if they're too low quality they might not be worth IWing)

no. or at least, not for common mortals. just don't be too fixated on >99.9% ADB and you'll find a good one pretty much everywhere. you can do good deals in the ~80% range.

Force. apart for Block roll, there's more chance to find a decent one. if you look for a Buckler, it HAS to be a Barrier one, and good ones aren't so common.
ITR isn't a matter. 1H Power has to cast so few spells that even 160% mana cost modifier (common value for this playstyle) isn't a problem. you can still feather it if you want though. the special item (matrix) costs something in the 10~15k range, so thinking to upgrade at least block and pabs we're speaking about +2.5~4k per level. not even worth mentioning, imo.
just look for a... uh... 70% block? force shield, possibly with DEX at least. STR or END depending on your taste - personally i'd go for END. and decent PABs. all the rest (including prefix and suffix) don't matter too much.

Savage is the best prefix. second, maybe Ruby and Zircon may have a few use, but not that different from the others. apart those, they are all the same.
Slaughter is surely the best suffix. one piece of Balance may be useful as well, but not more. as for Protection vs. Warding, well... even if PMI is more important than MMI, Warding usually has a decent PMI roll anyways so i don't think they do that big of a difference on the overall build. your call.

ITR isn't a problem at all since the only thing it will affect is spell cost, and you can carry unlimited potions now. BUR is a problem only if >>70 because you'd lose Crit Chance. but having it too low may boost your Evade too much, and it's not good. with a Leg-tier build you should be within the 60~70 range without worrying too much.

to start, just pick some close-to-your-level 50~100k leftovers at auctions. you'll optimize them later.

when shrining a trophy (noodly) from an id level 500 with and id below lvl 100... the quality is the same right?

when shrining trophies, the only thing that matters is the tier of that piece. a noodly is always a noodly - that is, a piece of our beloved FSM.

I can figure most of the acronyms myself or using the wiki but i miss some.
