If i have 8500 hats and i want to spend them wisely what perks i have to buy?

I am a Dual Wielder with Light Armors and only legendary equip (Magnificent Rapier), my full equip on the fifth post of my shop (in signature).

with those funds you can afford both a shade set (fleet/shadowdancer suggested, so is savage prefix) AND a 1H Power set of decent quality. and a bit of fogre materials.
as for perks, IA3 (4 at your discretion), VV and DD.

BTW, to turn 1 hand i think the better thing to do is getting a Pearless\Legendary Rapier for main hand but those will not cost low.

peerless not needed. leg yes. the difference between a 50% and a 100% won't be that big if you don't plan to fully forge, so feel free not to go for top tier. for DW set it would be better if it was Ethereal (or a load of feathers), for 1H whatever prefix is fine.

I was a bit concerned on how exactly IA worked so i tryed the first one... immediatly got IA 2.

I will surely get IA 3 and 4, maybe even 5 (and let got Suffusive Spirit for now... also i think i can let go EE, i'm pretty high on MP due to the fact that i was not using IA and casted spells with pure mana and due to different Capacitor in armors.).

VV, Demon Diality, Thinking Cap, maybe Free-Flowing Dust and i see what remain.

@diegodiego13: When you have funds you have to post a thread in the WTB section saying how much you will to pay or find someone in the WTS section that sells stars and contact them.

When someone respond and accept the deal you have to go to your donation page, put the nickname of the user that will sell you the star in the field called "Send to member name:" to the right of your wallet address and click "Send" to send a private message with the address so he can check that it is on the system.

At this point normally you have to post him the creds\hats with MoogleMail and wait for him to do the transaction.

After that you have to complete the donation as soon as you can due to the fluctation of bitcoins value but if them drop and you cannot make a 100$ donation you can wait to apply it until the value rise again enought to do so.

0. contact a seller. if he's reading this, he already knows i'm thinking about him in particular (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) eventually, a WTB can work as well. prices usually range from 32 to 40M. but there's the chance that people will remain relatively low for a first-star buyer.
1. go at this page and generate a wallet address: https://e-hentai.org/bitcoin.php
2. pm the wallet address to the seller.
3. wait for BTC to arrive. it should take a hour, two... something like that.
4. select the needed amount and press "apply". benefits should be applied immediately, afaik

someone made me an offer to trade the staff with credits + bunch of retired equips at lv 500.
at first i was thinking no way i can just easily get to lv 400.
but, with gold star exp bonus and possiblly buying hath perks for exp like thinking cap i can actually do it.
that if i still have some credits left from buying gold star...

i won't say there will be a new WTS record, but surely a remarkable result. afterall it's the absolute best staff for one of the mainstream mage styles.

gold star + full adept learner + first EXP perk + 4 confectionaries should boost your EXP multiplier by quite a lot. lv400 should be reachable quite early, depending on how much you play.

gold star + full adept learner + first EXP perk should boost your EXP multiplier by quite a lot. something like 400% or so. 420%, don't remember exactly. with AL 160 you should be at 260. your exp from quests should be multiplied by 2.5~3, and lv400 should be reachable quite soon, depending on how much you play.

well i will get some soul fragments while try to get to lv 400. maybe not that much or maybe it will but at least there will be some.

usually all SG on hell difficulty and then 100+90 rounds arena on pfudor.

let's say that now you have:
base = 100%
AL 160 = +160%
post bonus = +100%
-------------------------
total = 260%

with gold star + AL300 + thinking cap:
base = 100%
AL 300 = +300%
post bonus = +100%
4 confectionaries = +80%
Thinking Cap = +25%
-------------------------
total = 600%

with ratio being... 600/260 = 2.3? seems like i was right even by doing wrong (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Just a side question.. On Peerless weapons, are all stats static L with exception of ADB/MDB?
I keep seeing ADB/MDB fluctuate on them, with all other stats static.

No idea, it heavily depends on who is gonna bid.
If I have to give a wild guess I would say that 150-200M seems possible, but since only a few players have that amounts of credits it's difficult to give a proper estimate.

In the last lottery with a PSWD there were 120+M worth of GPs, not counting GLT.

hmm... for such an unusual way to go, i'd open sort of an announcement thread with your equip exposed and, saying, 3 days countdown in which you'll say you'll accept credits, hath, item valued at price check thread or slightly less... just to let people enough time to earn the needed amount of credits somehow. then, since you'll be sort of a minor auctioneer, the actual auction thread which starts at monday? tuesday? and ends one hour after latanium's. it would also be a breathe of fresh air in this section (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

another way (which will require the cooperation of the user who already sent you an offer) may be a public evaluation of said offer. there's the chance that considering forge, IWs and whatnot it may already be good enough, who knows? be sure to ask him if he's fine with discussing it publicly though. if he wants to remain anonymous, i can take those items in my MM and leave them pending until he'll call them back himself.
