QUOTE(tganimation6 @ Mar 4 2017, 23:58) But staff proficiency is necessary? There's been a lot of advice on grinding staff proficiency, so does staff prof affect spell damage?
Yes staff prof affects magic damage +mdb for prof

Hello, I've been wondering if potions got cooldown? Seems weird that I can't find it written anywhere.

Just switched from 2H Katana + Light Armor (Not Shade) to DW Rapier&Axe + Heavy Armor. Instantly jumped from Hell random encounters to IWBTH. Now my burden has shot up to 86 & Interference to 98, really cutting down on the crit rate. Any advice. vets?

boost parry and probably also offhand chance. second thing, boost END and WIS. i suggest you a quick STR = DEX = END = WIS > AGI. third thing, try to find a mainhand with less BUR. or a stock of featherweight shards. fourt things, start replacing your Plates with Powers This post has been edited by Scremaz: Mar 5 2017, 19:59

quick question about firefox: i was surfing and starting a certain point i wasn't able to open/close tabs with middle mouse button anymore.
btw, the following options (which seem to be related) are enabled:
browser.tabs.opentabfor.middleclick middlemouse.openNewWindow
i tried to disable/re-enable them but nothing changed. any idea on how to solve this?
[upd]: doesn't work on other software like opera and excel either, so i guess it's more a general thing. i tried to re-install drivers, but didn't help.

Sound like your mouse is dirty or broken. Can you feel the middle button clicking you you press it?

I've noticed something kind of similar: sometimes, after being open a while, right-click stops functioning on FF, so the only way to open a link is to control-click. Occasionally it goes back to normal after a while, but it's easier to restart the program.
No idea if that's related to what you're experiencing, though.

well, as soon as i'll have the guts to do it, i'll open it and check it. as for you, does restarting firefox solve the problem?

QUOTE(Scremaz @ Mar 5 2017, 22:49) as for you, does restarting firefox solve the problem? Yes, and even if your problem is different, I'd suspect restarting would probably work for you too. If restarting doesn't help, I'd suspect the problem is elsewhere, like with something on your OS or your mouse itself.

Check if any key on your keyboard is being kept pressed by dust or something.

nah. even better. i opened the mouse, cleaned it a bit and it worked. re-assembled and closed it, it doesn't work anymore - again! plus, i didn't lose a screw by a hair's breadth (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) This post has been edited by Scremaz: Mar 6 2017, 01:46
