I saw someone mention earlier but no one really confirmed: When leveling up should you Shrine your trophies right away? Or wait until you level up more?

I'm just getting in to the lvl75 RoB guys. Had a very bad streak of no token drops and finally just got 2 to start on them. Curious if I should turn in the drops or if there's a real benefit to waiting and getting higher level stuff later.

Don't shrine with those that give you equips. At your level they're probably crap compared to those around. If you shrine them later, it's like free leveling of those equips, since the level of equips received= your level

The others i don't really see a difference, spend away. If you can see yourself getting any of the crystal perks soon feel free to save till then too.

@zeh_lp Personally, if you're keeping up the melee way, everything except Int and Wis should be the same as your level. Int should be way lower then Wis. Int is only useful for mana points. As a rough guide, only increase Int when the exp for 3 int is smaller than 1 wis. Ability point wise, dump everything into HP and Mana tanks, and those item/aura things at the end of every tier. Shadow veil is also nice

Thanks, the reason I got these points was to get spirit points, since the investment for these points was low. But from now on I'll focus on what you said.
Also, without heal, I dont last 1 round. Id it normal? And about the burden and interference, what are the reccomended values?

Spirit? For what? Spirit attacks work only once a round, afterwards your spirit points take too long to recharge to be effective again. Forget about using them for a very long time, if at all. They are only useful if you're near death and there's only one monster left.

And you can't last a single round without heal? There's something really wrong here. Do all your encounters have 9 monsters or something? I usually last for around 5 rounds before resorting to heal. Care to let me see a sample match?

Or are you getting hit repeatedly with their spells? If so, try and target those with most of their mana bar filled first before hitting others

Also, you could try to find a better weapon. I don't think rapiers are very useful at your level, and also not so suitable for one-hand. Get a club or axe if you can. Of slaughter prefixes would be good too. Post your equips up and let's see.

Burden should be as low as possible, but there's really no point paying much attention at this level and with only light and cloth equips. Interference affects offensive spells and shouldn't bother you now too.

I guess it's not that bad, probably Arena is harder, and lately I only had time to play Arena...
But what happens is that sometimes at Round 10 or so they simply OHKO me.

Enemies start out Grindfests doing half the damage they would normally, and attacks do 1% more damage each round you progress through.

You definitely look like you could use some armor. Make sure to stick to one armor type. If you're going melee, go with light or heavy. Cloth is for mage users.

Okay, I will buy some.
For the weapons I will try to get something "of Slaughter" and for the armors what should I seek?

by the way, I just reseted my messed up abilities and got the Health and Mana tanks. Are the Exp Tanks worth it?

Depends on play-style. If you play more defensively, go for Kevlar or Shield Armor. If you're more concerned with hitting hard, go for Shade or Power Armor.

Personally, I get EXP Tanks first thing. More EXP means you can increase your stats more, and you can level up faster.

What I have now;

Attached Image

Attached Image

Attached Image

Equips; Intend to stay as warrior with support magics

2 hand Head Body Hands Legs Feet

Can clear the 1st tier of ROB - Boss but nearly getting killed if not for cure 2
Dont seem to do very well in the 2nd tier of ROB - Legendary A.K.A. "The Schoolgirls" hence the infusion.

Waiting to be double the level requirement before trying 2nd tier again.

Able to clear all arena levels xcept the last one - nearly koed and used up all potions. Usually I go into arena when 10 levels above requirement and able to leave out using the superior potions.

Opinions?

It would probably be better to phase out Average Potions, and stick with Greater and higher.

As for the Schoolgirls, and Bosses in general, Silence is a god-send. It might also help to invest in a mace, since Stun makes it so they can't fight back, and you deal more damage. Just know that two of the Schoolgirls are resistant to Crushing, so don't expect them to be quick fights.

I recommend mace. Even if it's not ethereal. The utility of stun in keeping damage off you is so much better than a little bit of bleed and should cut down on potion usage because of this and the damage won't be much worse even vs Giants because of the 50% stun damage bonus. I'll send you a decent mace. Try it out and see if you like it (keep it, sell it; it was going to the bazaar for chump change anyway).

Balanced stats except very little Int is a fine build for mid level Melee. Personally my opinion and experience is that Agility and Endurance are slightly better than Dexterity, and Strength is pretty meh, but this is less true around your level since you don't have amazing equipment and probably aren't perma-hasted.

As for the second tier of RoB, dual wielding is better for them (wide array of possibilities, keep in mind that each schoolgirl has a different physical damage type resistance so be sure to equip something in your mainhand that they aren't resistant to). You should be able to take them with silence, but no harm in waiting; the only reason to beat them is for the first clear bonus.

As for me, i don't recommend it. The faster you level up, the more your proficiencies will lack behind. And at lower levels the gain is minimal too. I think the trainer offers a better deal.

Proficiencies... should never be used as a reason to slow down the leveling. The greater the difference between level and proficiency, the quicker the gain.

I would argue this is always the golden rule though:
Health Tank/Mana Tank > Rest

100 levels of adept learner is a pretty decent start as well. Make it 50 levels if you're not economically sound.

Based on Proficiencies, he either doesn't have any deprecating spells or he's never bothered to use them. Silence and Poison are two of the best spells anyone can have. They're really low-cost, long-lasting spells that turn bosses into pussies.
